My mentoring services are underpinned by NLP (neuro linguistic programming).  I'm a qualified NLP practitioner and have been using this training, along with a variety of tools since I qualified in 2005.

I like to provide clients with tools they can easily remember and put into action at any time, likely when they need them the most.  I always take the time to follow up with key notes so my clients can go back at any time and remind themselves of the learning/discussions - I consistently hear that this is really valuable.

I take great pride in seeing clients grow and develop as a result of the time we spend together - it's an extremely satisfying part of the work I do as part of my consultancy.  I'm a firm believer that mentoring allows growth for both parties and I 'always' learn something too - see one of my artices  Mentoring and why it's such an important 2-way process (elinorbrett.co.uk)
